No matter how modern, a dairy farm cannot function without manpower. We need people who are passionate about farming and the natural product – milk – that we produce. And all this is done as sustainably and animal-friendly as possible. At Frylapte, we have worked from day one with people from the region, often without prior education or experience. Because we want to involve both the company and the community in development.

Some employees have been with us for ten years and have grown along with the organization. With us, people have the opportunity to develop and learn to work independently. We guide them in this. Thus, some employees have been able to advance to the position of manager.
